Terms & Conditions

Shipping Policy:  All school supply orders shipped to the school or the home will arrive before school starts.

Return Policy:  A school supply order may be canceled if the request to cancel the order is made in writing and received by Supplies To Please on the earlier of 10 (ten) days after placing an order or July 1. After July 1, all orders are final and cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.

Exchange Policy:  Although it is always our plan to provide products which are free from defect or damage, if a product arrives or becomes damaged in the reasonable course of use, during the first eight weeks of school, Supplies To Please will replace that item free of charge. After the first eight weeks of school have passed, Supplies To Please will review any requests for replacement products on a case-by-case basis.

Email Opt Out:  Supplies To Please may send up to three email notifications during your school supply sale to remind you to place your order. Supplies To Please may also send periodic promotional emails throughout the year. We promise to send no more than two promotional emails per month.
